Cold Play's use of contrast in color creates an interesting effect.

3/2/10 Focal point

This is Jane Ensor's Self Portrait Surrounded by Mask. this is a great example of Focal point. This portrait creates a contrast between the two different styles. While the other faces are distorted and strange looking, His face is naturalistic and looking directly at the person viewing the art piece. It also helps that he is wearing all red which immediately draws the eye to him.
